The Future of Mobility in North Central MA

At our February 29th meeting, we created a tangible image of what the Future of Mobility in North Central MA looks like. Next we will review the draft vision statement that came out of that exercise (you will receive the draft statement on March 22nd). We will also use visual mapping activities to answer the following questions:

• What must be? Do we have the courage to take on the current reality and boldly work toward the vision? What do we risk, what is the cost in doing this? What are the consequences if we don't? What will it take to get there?
• Who makes the decisions, what is their stake, who do they represent?
• How do we currently measure success and what might need to change?What is the tension between our values and our measurement strategies?
• Where there are the greatest opportunities for impact and sustainability?
