Activation Fund Grant Announcement for Newsletters

The Health Foundation of Central Massachusetts is accepting concept papers from organizations interested in applying to its 2024 Activation Fund grant program, which provides capacity-building support for organizations working to address community-identified health issues impacting Central MA residents.

Grants typically range between $60,000 and $125,000.  The application process has been streamlined this year to facilitate access by a wide range of organizations, and the deadline for submission is March 1.
