Combined Meeting – MEDD, MRCEDS Committee, and Brownfields Group

There will be a combined meeting of the Montachusett Economic Development District (MEDD), Montachusett Region Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (MRCEDS) Committee, and Brownfields Group held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday April 30, 2026.

The meeting will be held online through Zoom.

Please register for this meeting in advance by completing the the meeting registration form.

Technical assistance will not be available to assist attendees with registration tasks on Thursday morning.

1. There has been some forward progress made on some of the brownfield environmental site assessments (ESAs) and quality assurance project plans (QAPPs), since we last met in mid-March. Updates will be provided for the sites at 10 AM on April 30th for the following:

994 Pinedale Avenue, Athol
0 Airport Road, Fitchburg
Two sites in Fitchburg proposed by the Community Development & Planning Department
159-163 West Main Street and 63 Spencer Circle, Groton
139 7th Street, Leominster
925 Massachusetts Avenue, Lunenburg
0 Windsor Road, Shirley; and
Other sites.
