We would like each board or committee to fill our this survey as best you can so we can start developing your pages on the new website. Please note if you are supplying the information for more than one Board or Committee you MUST submit a separate survey for EACH one. A few things to note...

To enter data into a section simply click on the section heading and it will open.
All sections below do not have to be completed in a single session. When you come back, you will not see your prior info - just identify your board 0r committee once again and fill out those sections you left off.
Open your current website in another browser window to allow you to go back and forth between the new and old. This will allow you to copy and paste to save time.
**You can always revise and add information at any future date - however, take advantage of VTS building out your pages now!
