States and Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs) are asked to designate and submit CRFCs and CUFCs to the FHWA Administrator and certify to the FHWA Administrator that their designated CRFCs and CUFCs meet the federal requirements.  Towards that end, the Montachusett MPO reviewed criteria and targeted miles for the Montachusett Region to designate as part of the CRFCs and CUFCs.
